Prometheus Springs "WMC" Debut

This year, WMC 2k10 brought an array of amazing dj's & artists down to Miami once again. Everyday and night there was party after party, headlined by collectives of the worlds most sought after dj's. Making it's first appearance this year was the new Capsaicin spiced elixir, Prometheus Springs

Everywhere you turned, artists and music fans alike seemed to have one in their hand. Everyone from Classixx to Drop the Lime to DJ Craze seemed to be raving about the stuff. The drink itself is known to provide a "happy healthy high", so it's no wonder electronic music fans would be drinking it while "raging" to their favorite artists. The drinks main ingredient, capsaicin, which is actually the active component of chili peppers, achieves this "high" by releasing endorphins that boost your mood and also your metabolism. Helping to create the buzz is the drink's marketing director Alexis Mincolla , who is also co-founder of "The Overthrow". "The Overthrow" has been responsible for booking some of the biggest acts and hosting some of the hottest parties this year for the winter music conference. Visit their website here.. The Overthrow. You can find this spicy beverage at a Whole Foods near you and you can learn more about this drink by visiting their website.. www.prometheussprings.com. Be prepared to see plenty more celebrities and rockstars drinking Prometheus Springs in the future, and plenty more WMC's fueled by this drinks fiery flavors.

Anthony Nicholas- Nick Flash's Alter Ego: Photo's by Charis Kirchheimer

Hi Everybody, I'm Anthony Nicholas and I think this Halloween is going be the best ever!

You see, just the other day, the most amazing thing happened to me... a girl actually said hello!!

For all my life I have been the victim of atomic wedgies, swirlies & ridicule just cause I'm different. I have never had a date in all my life!

This Halloween I am gonna try and change all that and ask out a special girl who is in my astro physics class. I'm getting her some pretty flowers and asking her to the halloween bash that my mommy is having at her house. My mom is so proud of me!! She even helped me pick out the flowers and everything.

Anyway... wish me luck. I hope she says yes and we get married!!

...............................................................................................................................................

Make sure you stop by and check out Nick Flash this halloween weekend.

I'll be Djing Thursday at Ill Bacio in Delray, Friday at Noche in PGA, and Saturday at "The Brazilian Court in Palm Beach

In the party scene, there are responsible drinkers and irresponsible drinkers. I always liked to think I was being responsible and under control but last Thursday I proved otherwise. Jamie Foxx's hit song "Blame it on the Alcohol" really describes my night in detail. A mixture of Grey Goose, Patron, Heineken & Champagne was my recipe for disaster. After bouncing around with some friends to the hottest South Beach nightclubs, we ended up at SET where I truly "Got Loose off the Goose." After leaving Set, my night was a a blur.....all that I remember after that was waking up on my friends couch with some a ruined tie and dress shirt thanks to me puking in a taxi cab. Geez.... Anywayz, from now on I solemnly swear to be a responsible drinker or not even drink at all when I'm out snapping pics at nightclubs.

Enjoy the songs and remember, Don't Drink & Drive!!

Nick Flash- WRMF Radio Mix.Mp3

Although I can't stand mainstream radio's day to day programming, I was asked by WRMF to make a mix that they would be able to use on a 5 o'clock.

West Palm Beach's WRMF plays a mix of the 80's 90's & today.

Here is my take on radio turntableisim..... Nick Flash- WRMF MIX .MP3
